Centrally located in Truckee with easy access to Interstate 80 , Lake Tahoe, ski resorts and Reno plus a wide array of amenities are the qualities that have made Tahoe Donner® the single most popular community in the Tahoe basin. The 6200+ acre development bordering National Forest includes nearly 2000 acres of greenbelt and common area. Of the 6,400+ home sites, almost 5000 have been developed into homes. The membership primarily consists of second home owners who enjoy the outdoor activities Tahoe Donner provides. Hiking trails, summer camps, children's playground and spa round out this complete amenity package available to members and their guests. Property association dues are just over $100 per month. There are substantial discounted fees for the golf course and ski areas and nominal daily or seasonal fees for the other major facilities.
